1. This is an application for setting aside order of dismissal dated 19 th April, 2017. Perused the application. I am satisfied with the reasons set out in paragraph 5 of the application. The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 has no objection to the application being allowed. Accordingly I pass the following order:- (i) Misc. Application no.624 of 2017 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
