A group of Mathadi workers were engaged by the Petitioners since 2006. In the year 2019, there appears to be a fresh settlement between the Mathadi workers and the Petitioners as employers. However it is stated that on account of adoption of automation processes by the Petitioners in their unit, the Petitioners felt that there was no necessity to engage the Mathadi workers who had earlier been engaged in its unit through the Board and further that two of the permanent employees of the Petitioners, were enough to handle the work of the Petitioners. It is stated that in this regard a Representation was filed with the Respondent no.1Board on 9 November, 2020 requesting the withdrawal of the Mathadi workers. Respondent-Board that no such Representation was ever filed, yet with a view to get over this controversy, we give liberty to the Petitioner to file a Representation yet again which shall be filed within one week from today which shall be considered by the Respondent-Board and a speaking order passed thereupon, within a period of four weeks thereafter. Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
