Having heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned AGP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this writ petition by directing Respondent No.2 to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 19th May 2015, [copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-P page-92 to the petition] as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. Respondent No.2 shall grant an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner. 2.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
