Heard Mr.Kharat, learned Advocate appointed to represent Petitioner and Ms.Shinde, learned A.P.P. for Respondent-State. 2.
The contention of Petitioner that, his third application for extension of parole leave dated 1st December 2012 was rejected on 15th April 2013 and therefore he did not surrender to the Jail Authority within stipulated period as soon as his parole leave period was over, cannot be accepted. Petitioner has also not annexed any document to substantiate his contention that, he was ill or has undergone any surgery during the said period.
