By this Application the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the First Appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 23/02/2016 in claim petition No. MACP/462/2013 MACT, Kolhapur.

In view of the reasons stated in para 4 to 7 of the Application, which my considered view constitute sufficient cause, the delay is condoned.

Appeal be registered. Learned Counsel Mr. Shinde waives service on behalf of the Respondent No. 1 to 2. Issue notice to Respondent No. 3 and 4.
