This is an application for relaxation of Condition No.(ii) imposed upon the applicant while releasing her on bail by an Order dated 05.10.2016 in Bail Application No.419 of 2016 of this Court. The said Condition No.(ii) reads as under:- "After her release from jail, the applicant shall attend the Kasa Police Station on every First Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m."

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, since her released from jail, the applicant is regularly complying with the said Aarti Palkar 1/2

17.APPP.818.18 in BA.419.16.doc condition of attendance, and therefore, the said condition may be modified.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, the said condition is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to attend the Kasa Police Station once in a three months on every First Monday of the said third month i.e. four times in a year. 4.
