The petitioner was granted protection by the DRT until 26th April 2019 vide ad-interim order dated 2nd April 2019 in the earlier Interim Application No.449 of 2018. The fresh Interim Application No.1002 of 2019 taken out pursuant to the notice dated 27th May 2019 proposing to take possession of the secured asset on 27th June 2019 was posted on 24th June 2019 but could not be heard for adinterim reliefs as the Presiding Officer of DRT was not available for four days.

In the circumstances we direct that status-quo shall be maintained in respect of the secured assets in question viz Flat Nos.F1 and F-2, 1st Floor, Omkar Building, Hadapsar, Pune-411 028 for a

The petition to stand disposed of.
