The Civil Application No. 3076 of 2013 is filed for condonation of delay of 46 days in filing the Appeal. 2.

In view of the reasons mentioned in para 2 of the application, the delay is hereby condoned. The Appeal be registered. 4.

The learned counsel for the Insurance Company makes statement that the Insurance Company has deposited the entire amount of the compensation along with the interest accrued thereon. 6.

The Appellant is directed to serve the copies of memo to the learned counsel for the Respondents.
