The applicant, who is apprehending her arrest in C.R. No.455 of 2017, registered with Khadak Police Station, Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 406, 402 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, and Sections 3 and 4 of the MPID Act, has filed the present application.

The applicant is accused of mis-appropriating funds from the Co-operative Society by falsifying the account holder's signature. The learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP, in unison,

sg 2/2 2.aba1161-20.doc submitted that the charge-sheet was filed on 31 December 2018. Additionally, one of the accused individual was granted a regular bail by the trial court. In light of these circumstances, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest, the applicant - Yogita Suresh Zanje shall be released on bail in C.R. No.455 of 2017, registered with Khadak Police Station, Pune, on executing a P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.50,000/- and furnishing one or more sureties in the like amount; (ii) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence;

(iii) The applicant shall co-operate with the expeditious disposal of the case.
