Heard the learned Counsel for the Appellant-Insurance Company. Perused the application.
Learned Counsel for the appellant-Insurance Company submits that appellant-Insurance Company is ready to deposit the entire decretal amount within a period of three weeks. Learned Counsel for the appellant requested to grant stay.
In view of submission, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and order passed by the learned Waghmare 1/2

No.797 of 2008 subject to condition that the Appellant-Insurance Company shall deposit the entire decretal amount along with the interest accrued thereon before the learned Tribunal within a period of three weeks. Failure to which the stay granted shall stand vacated without further reference to this Court with liberty to the respondentsoriginal claimants to execute the award for recovery of decretal amount as per law.
