This appeal stands dismissed as against respondent Nos.2 and 3 vide order dated 15-02-2017. The learned counsel for the appellant states that steps will be taken within a period of four weeks for setting aside the order dated 15-02-2017. In case, no steps are taken within a period of four weeks from today, the entire appeal and the Civil Applications therein shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution, as neither the Civil Application nor the Appeal can proceed any further without the appeal being restored as against respondent Nos.2 and 3.
