Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2.

The order impugned passed by the Judge, City Civil Court is dated 24.10.2015. By the said order the prayer made for grant of interim relief was allowed till filing of reply by BMC. The BMC was directed to maintain status quo in respect of suit premises till filing reply.

Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that the reply has already filed. The Appeal was filed in 2016. 4.

In view of the passage of time and as reply is filed, nothing remains for consideration in the present Appeal.
