By the said report, it is informed that charge is going to be framed on 3.12.2016. If the accused are on bail, shall remain present before the Court on 3.12.2016 and if the accused are in jail,shall be produced on that date, without fail. As the matter is short, the learned District Judge 3 & Additional Sessions Judge, Niphad, District Nashik is requested to go ahead with the matter and complete the trial on or before 10.2.2017.
