Liberty is granted to delete the names of respondent nos.3 to 7 from the cause title of the civil application and also from the second appeal. Leave to also granted to delete respondent nos.3 to 7 from the other civil applications which are pending. The amendment to be carried out within one week from today.

In view of the order passed aforesaid, learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the civil application would not survive. The statement is accepted.
