The applicant is apprehending arrest in C. R. No. 83 of 2015 registered with Bazar Peth Police Station, Kalyan, District Thane under Sections 498-A, 504, 506, 313, 406 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant is the husband of the original complainant. By an order dated 24.07.2015 the applicant was granted interim relief. The learned APP on instructions submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 24.07.2015 the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and co-operated with the investigation. She further on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of 1/2

(2) ABA 1037-15 the applicant is not necessary as the investigation of the present crime is on the verge of completion. In view of the same, the interim relief granted by order dated 24.07.2015 is hereby confirmed. 3.
