This is an application for condonation of delay of 234 days in filing the Appeal.

Learned counsel for the respondents opposed the application. He submits that the applicants have not explained the delay satisfactorily.

Learned counsel for the Corporation would submit that due to some administrative delays and as procedure has to be followed, there was delay in filing the Appeal.
