The present Contempt Petition alleges disobedience of an order passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Girgaon Court granting custody in the year 2016.

Subsequent to the said order, there are two orders passed by the Family Court and the last order which is the subject matter of challenge in Writ Petition No.2320 of 2019 is the order dated 20th December, 2018. Since the said order passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate has given way to the order passed by the Family Court where the access is specifcally granted, the order passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate would no longer survive in a technical sense and, therefore, the Contempt Petition M.M.Salgaonkar

5.2-CP-431-19.doc alleging the disobedience of the said order also needs to be disposed of and is accordingly disposed of.
