Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The challenge in this petition is to an order dated 31st October, 2017 passed by the learned Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division whereby the Revision Application preferred by respondent Nos. 1 to 53 came to be allowed by setting aside the order passed by the Dy. Collector and Sub Divisional Officer, Thane. 3.

The petitioners have an efficacious statutory remedy before the State Government. Hence, the petition does not deserve to be entertained.

The petition stands disposed.
