This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2 by Co-ordinate Bench of this Curt (Smt.S.S.Jadhav, J.) by its order dated 18.1.2014. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that though the reports received by the Investigating officer were with him the same were not produced at the time of hearing the said bail application and therefore, this Court proceeded to grant the bail. He submitted that he is challenging the said order dated 18.1.2014 as an erroneous order on merits. As the applicant is seeking to challenge the order dated 18.1.2014 on its merits, in my opinion Co-ordinate Bench ceases to have jurisdiction for the same and therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. 2) Application is accordingly disposed off.
