2] The applicant while affirming the present application, in verification clause, has mentioned two addresses of Ulhasnagar, District Thane. The Investigating Officer has filed an affidavit dated 24th July 2018 placing on record the fact that the applicant is not residing at Ulhasnagar, District Thane and is presently residing at Flat No.102, Gagan Giri Vihar, B Wing, Chinchpada, Kalyan (East), District-Thane. The applicant has made patently false statement before this Court on oath and therefore, the applicant does not deserve to be protected by pre-arrest bail.
