By a reasoned Order dated 14.7.2017 the applicant was granted interim relief.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned counsel for the first informant and the learned APP. Perused the record.

The role attributed to the applicant in the present crime is that when her sons namely Mustaq and Nazir were assaulting the first informant with weapons, the applicant prevented the people from the vicinity in rescuing the first Page-1/2

7-aba-1187-17 informant. Apart from the said act there is no overt act attributed to the applicant.

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by Order dated 14.7.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to report the Dindoshi Police Station on stipulated dates is waived.
