Perused the order dated 16th June, 2015. In terms of the assurances given by the Regional Manager of the first Respondent, representation made by the Petitioner has been decided and communication to that effect has been issued by the Central

cp-563.14 Warehousing Corporation on 18th August, 2015 to the Petitioner. In fact a sum of Rs.9,41,903/- has been paid by the first Respondent to the Petitioner. Thus, there is a substantial compliance with the order dated 29th March, 2010 of which the breach is complained of. It cannot be said that there is any willful breach or disobedience of the orders of this Court by the Respondents. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which the representation is decided, it is for him to adopt appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

Accordingly, notice issued to the Respondents is discharged. The Petition is disposed of. In view of the disposal of the Contempt Petition, Civil Application No.33 of 2015 does not survive and the same is disposed of.
