Applicant is seeking relaxation of condition (b) imposed by this Court while admitting him to bail in connection with Crime No.548 of 2017 vide order dated 13th August, 2018.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that applicant was regularly marking Shivgan 1/2

5-IA-15392020.odt his presence on every Monday between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in terms of condition (b) and further submits that this condition may be relaxed subject to condition that the applicant undertakes to attend the Court of Sessions regularly as and when case is scheduled for hearing. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remain present before the learned Sessions Court in the subject case. Undertaking is accepted.

In consideration of the facts aforesaid, application is allowed and condition (b) imposed by this Court on 13th August, 2018 vide releasing the applicant on bail in Crime No.548 of 2017 registered with Bandra Police Station, stands relaxed.

Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of accordingly.
