When this writ petition was heard at length and it was pointed out to Mr.Warunjikar that it contains no averments, much less a challenge to the provisions of the Maharashtra Act No.XXX of 2006 titled as the Maharashtra Private Professional Educational Institutions [Reservation of seats for admission for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De-notified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis) Nomadic Tribes and Other Backward Classes] Act, 2006, on instructions, Mr.Warunjikar, seeks leave to M.M.Salgaonkar

(905) WP-7354-19.doc withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action, but with additional challenge. That would be to the validity of the Act or the subject provision.
