The above Review Petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 3-2-2012, by which order the above Second Appeal came to be dismissed in view of the concurrent orders passed by the courts below and also in view of the fact that no substantial question of law arises for consideration in the above Second Appeal.

Having heard the Learned Counsel appearing for the Review Petitioner and having perused the grounds of review, no case for review under any of the eventualities mentioned in Order XLIVII of the Civil Procedure Code, is made out. The Review Petition is accordingly dismissed. The Learned Counsel Mr. R.A.Shaikh undertakes to file his vakalatnama for the Review Petitioner as Mr. G. T. Kanchanpurkar the earlier Advocate has given his no objection.
