This is the second Bail Application. The applicant/accused are facing charges under section 376D of Indian Penal Code and section 3, 4(g) and 6 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The first Bail Application No. 655 of 2015 of the applicant/accused was rejected on 28th July, 2015. A ground contended for second Bail Application is that this Court while rejecting the Bail Application has directed the trial Judge to complete the trial on or before 30th November, 2015, however, though the charge is framed on 3rd December, 2015, till today, not a single witness is examined. It is further submitted that on every date the accused are called

This is not a ground to entertain the second Bail Application. Perused roznama. The learned trial Judge to take note that the trial is to be completed on or before 30th January, 2017.
