This Civil Application seeks condonation of 113 days delay in seeking to set aside the order dated 4th January, 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) dismissing the writ petition for non-removal of office objections.

We have perused the Civil Application and are satisfied with the reasons indicated therein for the delay in filing this civil application as well as with the reasons for non-removal of office objections, within the time granted by order dated 4th January, 2018.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Petition is restored to its file.
