The complainant and the applicant are close relatives, who had formed a partnership firm.

It is claimed that the property of the firm was transferred without sharing consideration thereof resulting into the registration of Crime No. 177 of 2016 for offence punishable under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the contents of the First Information Report and the investigation papers. It appears that there was a dispute between
Trupti 2/2 12-ABA-1201-2016 the two partners as regards sharing of profit. 4.
On the above referred grievance, remedy cannot be looked into the criminal proceedings like the present one. The custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted. 5.
In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 177 of 2016 registered with Bhayandar Police Station, she be released on bail on her executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount and shall attend Bhayandar Police Station as and when called.

The applicant not to tamper with the evidence and/or influence the witnesses in any manner whatsoever. (N. W. SAMBRE, J.)
