Learned A.G.P seeks two days time to make an appropriate statement as to in how many cases, award was not challenged in light of the fact that on the earlier date, learned Counsel for the respondent had made a statement that the State has not challenged award in 37 matters out of 51.

It is directed that an affidavit be filed by the concerned officer furnishing all the details on the next date, failing which, the appeals will be dismissed with costs.
