This application is taken out by the applicants/plaintiffs for stay of the impugned order dated 12.3.2018 passed by the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court at Mumbai in Misc. Appeal No.11/2016 as also for stay of hearing of R.A.E. & R. No.175/321 of 2012 pending before the learned trial Judge. As the applicants have prayed for same relief in terms of prayer clause (c) of the main application, this Civil Application does not survive and the same is disposed of. Order accordingly.
