At the request of the Learned Counsel for the parties taken out of turn.

By an order passed today in Civil Application No.642 of 2015 the heirs of the original Application Satyawati Ramchandra Warang were allowed to be brought on record. The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants who are the heirs of the said Satyawati Ramchandra Warang tenders withdrawal pursis bearing today's date i.e. 9th December 2015 signed by the Applicants. In the said withdrawal pursis, it is stated that the Applicants and the Respondents have settled the dispute between them and that as per the settlement the Applicants have entered into an agreement for permanent alternate accommodation on 5th BGP.

The three Applicants are personally present in Court and on being queried state that the said withdrawal pursis has been signed by them of their own free will and volition and that they seek withdrawal of the Civil Revision Application in view of the out of Court settlement. In the light of the said withdrawal pursis, the Civil Revision Application is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. The pursis is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP.
