The application is filed for restoration of writ petition stamp No.8001 of 2015. The writ petition stamp was placed for orders before the Registrar (Judicial­I) on 1st March, 2016. Four weeks' time was granted to remove the office objections. This order was not complied by the Applicant and therefore, the petition was dismissed automatically.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he will remove the office objections within a period of two weeks from today. Megha 1/2

There is some delay in filing this application. Same is explained in para Nos.4 to 7. Since the petition was dismissed even prior to Respondents filing their appearances, same is not necessary for the purpose of disposal of this application.
