Heard. This application is for carrying out amendment in the writ petition by adding grounds as stated in the Civil Application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application and as the petition is not admitted till today, following order is passed:

a.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

18.1847.6-caw "(a) This Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice, be pleased to allow the amendments in the Writ Petition as per the schedule annexed to this Civil Application."

b.

Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c.

If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant is directed to serve an amended copy of the Writ Petition, on the Advocate for the Respondents, within two weeks thereafter.

d.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
