By these applications, the applicants pray for intervention in the First Appeal (St.) No.13941 of 2023, as according to the learned Counsel for the proposed intervenors, the applicants are the necessary parties in view of the fact that they have been appointed as Principal / Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of the Trust. 2.

As such, the applications are allowed. The appellants are directed to implead the applicants/ intervenors as party respondents in the appeal within two weeks.
