Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking stay to the operation and implementation of the judgment and decree dated 26.03.2018 passed by District Judge No.3 Vasai in Petition No.32/2014 directing the Applicant to pay sum of 20,000/- each, to his both children.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he received instructions from his client that he does not want to press the Civil Application. To that effect he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
