After having heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and learned APP, in my opinion, for the reasons recorded in the order dated 14th September, 2021, a case for confirmation of adinterim protection is made out. 2.

Apart from the reasons stated in the aforesaid order, there are no criminal antecedents against the applicant and he has co-

O R D E R

i) In the event of arrest in Crime No. 362 of 2021, registered with Kalachowki Police Station, for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 328, 383, 384, 504 and 506(ii) 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with 3, 25 of Arms Act, the applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;

ii) The applicant is directed to attend the concerned Police Station on 20th, 21st, 22nd October, 2021 in between 10.00 am. to 12.00 pm. and thereafter as and when directed by the I.O. 3.
