By this Application, the Applicant seeks time to deposit a sum of Rs.3,45,000/- with the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority in instalments. She submits that vide order dated 05.02.2016, this Court while allowing the Cri.Revn.Appln.No.164 of 2015 had directed the Applicant to pay costs of 15% of

the cheque amount i.e. Rs.3,45,000/- with the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that considering the financial condition of the Applicant, he could not deposit the said costs of Rs.3,45,000/- as directed by this Court vide order dated 05.02.2016. She further submits that the Applicant is ready to deposit the aforesaid amount of Rs.3,45,000/- in seven instalments; Rs.50,000/- within one week from today; Rs.50,000/- on or before 31.08.2016; Rs.50,000/- on or before 30.09.2016; Rs.50,000/- on or before 31.10.2016; Rs.50,000/- on or before 30.11.2016; Rs.50,000/- on or before 31.12.2016 and Rs.45,000/- on or before 31.01.2017.

Considering the averments made in the Application, the Application is allowed and time to deposit the said amount of Rs.3,45,000/- is extended, to enable the Applicant to pay the said costs in instalments as indicated above. 4.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed on the aforesaid terms and is disposed of.
