The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner undertakes to remove all office objections within four weeks from today. If the petitioner fails to remove all office objections within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is in respect of interpretation of Mohite 1/2

30 wpst19349-17.doc section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. He submits that said issue has been pending before the Apex Court and in view of the order dated 21.02.2018 passed by the Apex Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.8453/2017 (State of Haryana & Ors. Vs. M/s. G. D. Goenka Tourism Corporation Ltd. & Anr.), the matter is required to be adjourned.

The matter is adjourned sine die with liberty to both the parties to mention as soon as the issue is decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
