Perused the impugned order. The applicant had filed an application for grant of bail under section 438 of the Cr.P.C.. Said application has been adjourned to 30th July, 2015. However, interim relief has been refused. Since the main application is adjourned to 30th July, 2015 it was imperative that the interim order should have been passed by the learned additional Sessions Judge. Borey 1/2
