Petitioner No. 1 and Respondent No. 2 present with their respective advocates jointly request for quashing of First Information Report bearing No. 117 of 2015 and Criminal Case No. 244/PW/2016. 2.

Consent terms arrived at between the parties were filed in Marriage Petition No.A-480 of 2017 and accordingly marriage between the parties is dissolved under Section 13 (B) of the Act on 1st February, 2019.

Parties state that all terms and conditions are complied.

Respondent No. 2 present in Court has also orally communicated the same. She has also tendered affidavit sworn on 2nd August, 2018 in support.

In this situation, accepting the joint request, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
