The consent terms are tendered by the parties in both the appeals. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification. The consent terms have been signed by the respondent Nos.2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. The respondent Nos.1, 7, 8 and 9 have put their left hand thumb impressions on the consent terms which are attested by the learned counsel for the respondents. The consent terms are also signed by Shri D.N.Bhadakawad, SDO, Karjat on behalf of the appellant-State who is duly authorized by the State Government to do so. The consent

The respondent No.4, who is present in the Court, accepts the correctness of the contents of the consent terms. He also states that the other respondents have accepted the correctness of the contents of the consent terms.

Accordingly, both the appeals are disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Award be drawn accordingly in accordance with Section 21 of the Legal Services Authority Act, 1987. 3.
After writ of this order is received by the Reference Court, consequential actions shall be taken by the Reference Court. 3.
Pending civil applications, if any, do not survive and stand disposed of accordingly.
