This is the second bail application preferred by the same Applicant. Her earlier Criminal Bail Application No.2264 of 2021 was rejected by a reasoned order dated 14/01/2022. In view of that order and the reasoning, learned counsel for the Applicant had not pressed this application on merits on last date i.e. 30/08/2022. Her statement to that effect was recorded and Digitally signed by MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR Date:

2022.09.21 16:44:03 +0530 accepted. This application was to be considered only on the MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR medical grounds and therefore I had called for the report from the Medical Officer of the concerned jail.

Today nobody is appearing for the Applicant. Learned counsel for the Applicant has not shown any urgency to appear and work out this matter. However, I have considered the report produced by the learned APP. A copy of that report is taken on record and marked '

X-colly' for identification. In column 15 of the report it is specifically mentioned that her health condition is stable. GC good. Vital parameters are stable. 3.

In view of this clear report, no further relief can be granted to the Applicant and this application on medical ground is rejected. In case, if any emergency arises, the jail authorities shall take all the necessary steps to provide all the medical facilities to the Applicant in future.
