Mr. Sawant, counsel appearing for appellant states that appellant is present in Court. Mr. Sawant states that even respondent no.1 is present in Court and appellant has identified him. Mr. Sawant tenders photocopy of Aadhar Card of appellant. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Mr. Sawant states that infact appellant as well as respondent no.1 traveled together from Nashik. Mr. Sawant states that the matter has been settled between appellant and respondent no.1 and appellant does not wish to prosecute the appeal.

In view thereof, the leave granted stands revoked. Appeal dismissed.
