This civil application seeks recall of a dismissal order passed by the Registry for non-removal of ofce objections. There is a delay in taking out the present application.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent opposes the application.

However, for the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay is condoned and the self operative rejection order is recalled and set aside. The civil application is disposed of. Registry shall now number the appeal from order and place the same for admission on 4 November 2019.
