CORAM : S.C. DHARMADHIKARI & DR. SHALINI PHANSALKARJOSHI, JJ.
THURSDAY, 11TH AUGUST, 2016 P.C. :
1.
The petitioner is challenging a selection process and which, on his own showing, concluded in 2015. His representation from 11th June, 2015, being pending and answered in a particular way, does not mean that his request to reopen the whole process of an examination for the year 2014-2015 can be granted. We do not undertake any academic exercise and particularly in the absence of proper pleadings. There is no merit in the writ petition and it is dismissed.
