Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. The petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR bearing CR. No. 549 of 2017 registered with Khar Police Station, Mumbai at the instance of Respondent No.2 for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 and 511 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Mr. Thakare, learned PP, on instructions, made a statement that investigation into the subject FIR having been completed, the investigating officer has filed C-Summary report before the concerned Magistrate.

In the light of the statement made by learned PP, Mr. Desai, learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly concedes that grievance raised in this writ petition at this stage no more survive. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
