IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 57 OF 2014 IN CIVIL REVISION APPLICATION (ST) NO. 20216 OF 2013 Jawahar B. Yadav and anr.

.. Applicants vs.

Ramganesh M. Singh .. Respondent Mr. V. D'silva for the Applicants.

Ms Aneeta Vasani for the Respondent.

CORAM :

M. S. SONAK, J.

DATE : 23 JUNE 2015.

P.C. :- 1] Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2] Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that no sufficient cause has been shown for condonation of delay of 42 days in preferring the civil revision application. However, in paragraphs 5 and 6 of the application sufficient cause has been shown explaining the delay in filing the revision application. The cause as shown is that the applicants' advocate was coordinating with the advocate at Mumbai in the matter of filing of revision application. There was some time spent in arranging for fees. Further, the advocate at Mumbai had to leave for his native place at Uttar Pradesh in connection with his own marriage. Considering that the delay is of only 42 days, sufficient cause has been shown. 3] Accordingly, Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

4] Civil Application is disposed of.

5] Place the Civil Revision Application (St.) No.20216 of 2013 for admission on 13 July 2015.
