Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. He further requests that the trial be expedited as the applicant is in custody for more than 3 years and 4 months. Considering that the applicant is in custody for more than 3 years and 4 months, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months from 02/01/2023 on which date the copy of this order will be produced for perusal of the trial Court.
