Heard Mr. Lengare, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Chandurkar, learned Additional Government Pleader for State and Mr. Pachundkar, learned counsel representing respondents 5 and 6.

By instituting the proceedings of this PIL petition, a prayer has been made to direct respondents 3 to 6 to conduct an inquiry in respect of some road side paver block work at Sai Nagar, Shikrapur and to recover the alleged misappropriated amount. Further prayer made is that the respondents 4 to 6 be directed to take action against respondent no. 7 and its

18-PIL.12.2024 members for the alleged irregularities and misappropriation of certain amount.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to our notice an order dated 19th January 2024 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Pune, whereby an inquiry has been ordered. The said order dated 19th January 2024 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of the aforesaid order, nothing needs to be adjudicated any further in this PIL petition, which is, accordingly, disposed of.
