Considering the stage at which the election programme is at present namely where only the voting remains and having regard to the dispute that arises on account of the certificate issued by the Gramsevak, no case for interference in Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it would be open for the Petitioner to file an Election Petition after the elections are over, if the occasion so arises.
